2. Professor Toru Nakagawa, Osaka Gakuin University, Osaka, Japan, maintains a TRIZ and USIT site in Japanese with translations of meeting reports in English.

He comments as follows: "I am trying to post as much articles as possible both in Japanese and in English in parallel. There are some cases where English version is missing either because of copyright observation (e.g. your Conference papers, your Textbook chapter, etc.) or because of my limited time for translation (e.g. communications by my readers, and case study articles written by my students, etc.). But I think important articles written by myself are all posted in English as well as in Japanese."
